These Terms apply to all users of our site and services, including students, browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

1. Use of Website and Course Materials
All the content you access through our courses—including videos, downloads, lesson materials, and any other resources—is for your personal use only. You're not allowed to resell, or distribute any of it without written permission from us.
You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and not to violate any laws in your country or ours, including but not limited to copyright laws.
Any misuse of our materials or violations of these terms may lead to the immediate termination of your access to our services.
2. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. When you sign up for a class, newsletter, or contact us, we may collect basic info like your name, email, and payment details.
We use this information to:
- Process bookings and payments
- Send you lesson links and course updates
- Share study materials and occasional newsletters (only if you opted in)
Your data is kept safe and never sold or shared. Payments are handled securely by trusted third-party providers (like Airwallex or PayPal). You can unsubscribe or request to have your data removed at any time.
3. Prices and Changes to Service
We may update our pricing, course structure, or service offerings at any time without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website or courses, temporarily or permanently, at any time. We're not liable for any such changes, but we’ll do our best to inform you when possible.
4. Programs, Products, and Refund Policy
All of our Chinese learning programs—including 1-on-1 classes, group courses, and video lessons—are delivered online through this website or associated platforms.
Some programs run for a fixed period (e.g., 5 to 12 weeks), while others are more flexible. Please read the program details carefully before enrolling.
Group Courses:
Group courses follow a no-refund policy once payment is made. This includes cases where students are unable to attend due to schedule changes, personal circumstances, or other commitments. However, if space allows, you may request to postpone your participation to a future cohort.
All group classes are recorded, so if you miss a session, you’ll still be able to catch up with the replay at your convenience.
1-on-1 Classes:
For private 1-on-1 lessons, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not completed your second class yet. Once the second lesson is completed, no refunds will be issued.
You may also request to pause or reschedule your learning once, depending on availability and within reason.
We’re committed to providing high-quality lessons and support. However, we do not guarantee specific results—your progress depends on your personal effort, consistency, and active participation.
5. Ending Your Subscription or Participation
If you cancel after accessing any part of the course or participating in a lesson, you are still responsible for the full course fee or total program cost.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. If this happens, you will still be responsible for all payments due up to the termination date.

7. Private Lessons
Booking:
Students can book private lessons through our scheduling platform or directly with the teacher.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the lesson link and details.
Rescheduling:
You must request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson.
Rescheduling depends on teacher availability and must be done through email or the booking platform.
Cancellation by Student:
Cancelations made more than 24 hours before the lesson will not be charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend without notice will be charged at full price.
If something urgent happens (illness, emergencies), please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate where reasonable.
Cancellation by Teacher:
If the teacher needs to cancel, you’ll be notified in advance.
You’ll get either a full refund or a chance to reschedule at no extra cost.
No-shows:
If you miss your class without notice, it will be treated as a no-show and the full lesson fee will apply.
Payment:
Payment must be made in advance at the time of booking or enrollment.
